Refund policy

At Foxcom Supply, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This page explains our return policy, exchange policy, and refund process, including your 30-day return window, free return shipping, and how to start a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. Return requests made after this 30-day window cannot be accepted.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, and all products are eligible for return — there are no excluded items or product categories.

Your item qualifies for return whether it is new or only slightly used. This includes items where the original packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on or lightly used. You do not need to keep the item unworn or unopened to qualify.

You will need your order number or proof of purchase to start a return.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at koeingalphonse780@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will send you the return mailing address and instructions for shipping your item back.

Please do not ship an item back to us before your return has been approved. Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We do not charge you for shipping costs when you return an eligible item.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label is included in your original package. You do not need to print or purchase anything separately — the label is provided to you at no cost.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at koeingalphonse780@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, contact us at koeingalphonse780@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days.

There is no restocking fee. You will not be charged any fee for returning an eligible item.

Currency

This policy is stated in USD. If you are shopping in a different currency, the refunded amount will be automatically converted to your local currency.
